Ports für aoc

Hallo
vor 3 tagen ging mein router kaputt, bin bei der telekom, rief an und heute kam er schon an, da ich ja weiss das ich zum agen ports freischalten muss, und ich nicht weiss welche und wie ich das mache, vor ca 5 jahren hab ich glaub ich dieselbe frage gestellt, was die ports betrift,
ich bekam von euch die zahlen und rief dan die telekom an und die hat dan mit mir zusammen via tel. die ports im router eingerichtet, nu wollt ich das heut auch machen, da sagt die telekom tante zu mir das einrichten koste 24,95, find ich ne frechheit, bitte hilfe zwecks der ports und dem einrichten
