HTML: Bild als link mit Text

Hallo bräuchte den Html code so das ich ein bild und ein text an klicken kann und es dann auf seite x führt.
Kenne nur den Code:
<a href="link"> Meine BEschreibung</a>
Aber wie kriege ich da noch ein Bild dran?
