Hauptstadt ändern

Hat jemand ein Plan wie ich eine andere Stadt zum Capitol machen kann? Ich bin jetzt an der Kanalküste und die Unterworfenen schreien rum, sie wären zu weit wech von der Hauptstadt :(

Ich hab keine Option gefunden und auch im Handbuch steht nichts.

irgendwo in den stadtoptionen afaik, ich schau nachher mal.
