Funktionierender deutscher Proxy

Kann mir mal einer ganz einfach erklären wie ich einen dauerhaften, stabilen deutschen Proxy bekomme?

Ich möchte vom Ausland meine Videostreamingdienste nutzen - ich würde auch was Zahlen.
Leider wird man über Google erschlagen :( und häufig sind es dann nur unstablie Kurzzeitlösungen.

Bin kein Proxy-pro, aber nVpn ist eine stabile Sache, geht auch zocken und selber streamen ping- und speedtechnisch. (Hauptkriterium war billig billig)
