exakt!
Die induktiven Effekte gibt es nur bei organischen Stoffen, glaube ich. Bei Wasser H2O spielen diese keine Rolle.

is halt immer relativ weil es von der elektronegativität der zueinander stehenden atome in nem molekül abhängt
