ist in deutschland mittlerweile nicht mehr sonderlich üblich, jedoch sieht man auch heute noch an vielen McDonalds den ersten Schalter, bei dem man früher gezahlt hat jetzt aber einfach vorbeifährt.
In Australien ist es normal (bei den mcd, die ich kenne), dass man zuerst bezahlt und dann das essen bekommt

ich kenne es so, dass man beim ersten schalter bestellt & bezahlt, quittung bekommt, diese beim zweiten schalter zeigt und dann alles zusammen erhält...
