Suche Lied [sehr schwer]

hab ich heute nachmittag auf im radio gehört und leider sind nur sehr wenige fetzen äussert unpräzise hängen geblieben. das lied ist aber recht bekannt, ich habs auch schon x-mal gehört.

ich würde auf 80er oder frühe 90er tippen und der refrain geht irgendwie so (oder auch nicht, kann die worte nicht genau wiedergeben):

"do you understand" ... "i dont know" ... "do you understand" ... "i dont know" dann kommt eine sehr einprägsame melodie mit gesang die sicher schon jeder mal gehört hat und danach irgendwas mit "around me" oder so.

leider ist die beschreibung äusserst schlecht aber das lied ist wirklich sehr bekannt, vielleicht fällt einem ja was ein. die melodie hört sich irgendwie sommerlich und ziemlich unbeschwert an, sofern man das behaupten kann.

kannst du es nicht genauer beschreiben ? was für ein rhytmus, was für eine tonlage? überhaupt - männer oder frauenstimme? schnell oder langsam... usw

mehr infos kann ich nicht geben weil ich es einfach nicht zusammenbringe das lied richtig zu beschreiben, ich bin äussertunmusikalisch.
