dominate online anzeige gesucht

hi,
kennt einer ein kleines tool welches mir (und vorallem den anderen nutzer meines pcs) unter windows 2000 sehr deutlich anzeigt ob ich mit meiner isdn karte online bin (die zwei computer neben der uhr rechts unten sind nicht dominant genug...)
