werde aber in nicht all zu fertner Zeit den IE gänzlich meiden.

haste beim FB java installiert? denn das forum bei kotb clan geht ohne probleme

btw, ab SP1a ist Java auch beim IE ein nachzuinstallierendes Plug-IN

hat sich aber erledigt: bin vorgestern mal versuchsweise auf SlimBrowser umgestiegen (und cookies speichert mir der arsch immer noch nicht

)

und zum schnelleren seitenaufbau bei FB: is mir gar ned sooo aufgefallen bei ner T2 verbindung (oder wie heißt die?) - da empfand ich die unendlich lange öffnungszeit vom FB 1000 schlimmer

schade...FB fand ich sonst geil

Ich benutze nun schon seit fast einem Jahr Firebird als Browser und vermisse den IE nicht mehr. Nur für Zone verwende ich noch den Explorer. Alle anderen Seiten funktionieren bei mir mit dem Firebird ohne Probleme, alledings ist es nicht ganz so trivial alle Plugins richtig zu installieren. DAUs sind damit überfordert, aber für Poweruser bietet der Firebird einfach mehr Möglichkeiten und sicherer ist er auch.

Ich benutze auch Mozilla...

dass hier immernoch sich welche beschweren, dass Mozilla beim starten lange lädt zeigt allerdings, dass einige nicht lernen wollen...naja ich sag dazu nix mehr, jedem das seine

dass der IE schnelll lädt, liegt nur daran dass der voll ins beknackt Windows integriert ist und der FB eben nur eine Applikation ist, welche zusätzlich gestartet werden muss.
