d/dx = x*exp(-ax²)*(-2ax) + exp(-ax²)

d²/dx² = (x*exp(-ax²)*(-2ax) + exp(-ax²))*(-2ax) + x*exp(-ax²)*(-2a) + (-2a)*exp(-ax²)

Einfach zweimal ableiten.
