its quite simple in concept...you see, the wish spell option "cast abi-dahzim on everyone on map" will cast abi dahzim on every creature on the map, so unlike the 8th level wizard spell version of the spell, it obviously targets red, green and blue circle creatures, including your own party...the wizard spell only targets red circle. So the game engine will cast the spell on every creature on the map once...and what happens when two creatures are near each otherOf course, area effect, if two targets are close to each other, one abi dahzim will be cast per creature, and if the creatures are close enough to each other, they will be damaged by the abi dahzim cast on the OTHER creature... so if you can saturate an area with many many summons, in the killzone, each summon will
a) have an abi dahzim cast on it, which will damage everything in its damage radius
b) and if the summons are close to one another, the damage radius's will OVERLAP....
so Dundee realized that by using the limited wish spell, which summons 20!!! cute little bunnies at once, which all enemies will almost automatically go for, you can basically create a kill zone which is hit by 20!!! abi dahzims in a small area....
Actually his original concept is so much more evil than that...he suggested using timestop and g acuity to cast limited wish 8 times, summoning 160 bunnies, and then casting wish 4 times, to absolutely guarentee getting the right wish option...the numbers look obscene at this point, we are talking about 160 abi dahzims cast into a small tight area, which is just so sick...its like using a tactical nuke to dig a flower garden....
But in actual game play, using project image to summon many skeleton warriors, or invisible stalkers, both long duration summons, and then casting protection from magic energy on every member of the party, also a nice long duration spell, should be much more controlled...you can control skeleton warriors or invisible stalkers, you cannot control the bunnies...and of course if your summons go hostile, if they are not killed outright, you may use deathspell once they go hostile to get rid of them....
