Neuer DSL-Anschluss ohne Festnetz

Tachschön.

Wie das Topic schon sagt suche ich DSL ohne Festnetz für ne neue WG und bin absolut nicht im Bilde, was im Moment billig und empfehlenswert ist. Denke mal, dass hier einige mehr wissen als ich und mir vielleicht paar Tipps geben können ;).

Suche DSL so zwischen 3000 - 16000er Leitung.

edit: Wohnort ist Berlin, falls es da vielleicht Unterschiede in der Verfügbarkeit gibt.
