Also bei meiner letzten CD stand drauf dass ich die einschicken kann wenn die durch Gebrauchsspuren zu stark verkratzt ist und nicht mehr gelesen werden kann. Dann gibts kostenlos ne neue.
Müsste eigentlich bei DVD´s ähnlich sein. Schau mal in der Anleitung oder auf der Website nach.
