Hallo,

vor ( längerer ) Zeit hat jemand ein paar Seiten mit Internet streams gepostet die Spiele aus diesen Ligen übertragen mit japanischem Kommentar.

Ich finde den thread allerdings nicht mehr.
Hat den noch jemand?

Oder eine Alternative ?

ist denn schon mal ein fall bekannt geworden, wo jemand " einen dran" gekriegt hat, weil er ne sportübertragung per stream geguckt hat?

afaik ist nen stream ja auch nicht anders zu bewerten als ein normaler download, der pc speichert die daten halt automatisch im hintergrund auf der platte und löscht sie später wieder.

myp2p heißt die internet seite
das heißt noch lange nicht dass wenn du dort nen stream guckst dich in ein p2p netz einklinkst.

bei ustream, justintv und konsorten lädt man überhaupt nix hoch.
tvants und den ganzen kram wahrscheinlich schon, aber dort zu gucken lohnt sich ja eh nicht (5 min hinten dran etc.)

jo klar und wenn man serien nur online im stream schaut und nicht runterlädt ist das ja auch nicht illegal, weil mans ja nicht auf der festplatte hat!

son quatsch... upload hin oder her, wenn man bundesliga live in deutschland schauen will muss man geld bezahlen. schon alleine dabei sollte einem doch der gedanke kommen, dass es vielleicht nicht ganz legal ist. nicht umsonst ist der offiziele bwin stream in deutschland nicht verfügbar.

bei chinesischen sendern ist es wohl ne grauzone, aber legal würde ich dazu wirklich nicht sagen.

Also, nur weil man um es im deutschen Fernsehen zu sehen Geld zahlen muss, heißt das nicht, dass es illegal ist es umsonst zu sehen. Sonst hätten sich ja alle die damals die CL oder BL auf ATV/ORF1 gesehen haben auch strafbar gemacht.
Das is mit den Streams bis auf ds Medium nichts anderes.
Imo haben einige Ligen gegen die Seite auch schonmal geklagt, aber verloren!

naja, wenn das normales fernsehprogramm eines ausländischen senders ist, könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es legal ist. wenn man hingegen einen stream schaut, wo sky läuft (wie auch immer das möglich ist) denke ich nicht, dass dann alles iO ist.

würde da gerne mal von unseren juristen hier was lesen

selbst wenn das zu sehende Material im jeweiligen Land kostenlos ist, so sind die online-streams ja selten vom jeweiligen Sender

und ich denke es ist schon insofern illegal, weil sich die Sender das Recht vorbehalten ihre Sachen selbst zu streamen

aber wissen tu ic hdas nu auch nich :/

Interessanter finde ich eher folgende Fragen

bin kein Jurist, man möge mir die schwammige, unpräzise Ausdrucksweise verzeihen

1. Welches Recht wird mehr gewichtet? Urheberrecht des "Anbieterlandes" (Beispielsweise FSC) oder die rechtliche Lage im Land des "Konsumenten" (in der CH ist es ja vereinfacht gesagt so, dass der Download legal, jedoch der Upload illegal ist)
2. Wie schaut dass ganze bei Sendern aus, die im Land des "Konsumenten" gar nicht empfangen werden können (z.B. Setanta Ireland)?

@Hackl: Im Falle von Myp2p bezweifle ich - im Gegensatz zu Zattoo - dass die Streams von den Sendern autorisiert worden sind

kannst ja mal irgendein spiel da anklicken, dann siehste die programme, die meist genutzt werden. sind wohl sopcast, tvants oder streamtorrent, die müsstest du dir ziehen. wird sicher auch viele links geben, die einfach im browser per flashplayer laufen.

falls du nichts installieren willst (, was ich aber empfehlen kann bei guten Spielen), dann gibts wie gesagt diese Flash-Streams

da werden dann so 4-6 Streams zur Auswahl sein
aber der Unterhaltungswert ist nicht allzu groß, da die Streams dort gern mal abkacken

hat man bei den software streams wesentlich seltener (subjektive meinung)
Barca Arsenal konnte man perfekt gucken

bin über sopcast im inter vs barca channel aber da läuft seit stunden son altes spiel glaube ich auch wenn überall fett live steht ^^
