the first game of the evening featured our ES "A Team" of Alex, Kevin, Angelo, and Jon (who filled in as our Mr. T, complete with "smack talk") was a pop cap 200 game played on the new Sherwood Forest map. This contest was recorded for publication on the ES web site when that map type is released publicly.
The result was a stout defense by the M1 guys against inevitable defeat :-) as The Sheriff practiced his insane 200-Spanish-villager rush strategy (upgraded with Supremacy, Loom, and Sappers, IIRC) supplemented by Angelo's Mayan horde of rabid, proselytizing monks. Great fun and worth taking a look-see when it gets posted. I honestly can't remember what anyone else was doing since I was trying to figure out how you get 200 villagers to attack what you target in Age2, especially when they're not inclined. Scary to witness, actually.
